parents kt sne mesti nak shopping jer, tempat kt situ sesak ngn org ramai, so most of them don't have enuf time to fill up the form. sometimes boleh mengganggu dorg nak shopping2 sume kan???

that is why, I randomly distribute my questionnaire at playground area..easily to parents to fill up.

*uurmm..agak2nya, boleh ke die terime jawapan cmni???
